Always take your key with you when leaving the apartment. The door locks automatically.

If the door needs to be opened by a locksmith in an emergency, a call-out fee will apply. The cost may vary depending on time, including nights, weekends or public holidays.

Leave the keys in the key cabinet inside the apartment (on the wall to the right when entering).
Exit via the pool area / main gate near the roundabout.
Turn off air-conditioning and lights, and close all doors and windows.
Take out the rubbish and empty the fridge.

Do not leave trash outside. Fines of up to 3000 € may apply.

All windows and doors must be closed for the A/C to work properly. Do not leave it running for long periods.

Misuse may cause overheating, power trips or water leakage. Please use sensibly and only when you are in the apartment.

Pool rules and opening hours must be followed.
No disturbances between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Garbage must not be left in common areas.
Common areas are monitored 24/7 by security.
